Warranty
SkyZoots provides a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship where the product demonstrates a manufacturing fault.
If an issue arises due to an error on our part, we will make it right, including providing a replacement suit at no cost to you.
This warranty does not cover:

- Altered or modified products
- Fading of colours over time
- Damage caused by misuse, stains, burns, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
To submit a warranty claim, please email sales@skyzoots.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including:

- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos
- The subject line: “Warranty Claim”
All warranty claims will be reviewed within 5–7 business days of receipt. If additional information is required, our team will contact you.
If your item was damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the courier.
Returns and Refund Policy
All SkyZoots suits are custom-made, and therefore we do not offer refunds once the order has been completed and delivered. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

- A replacement product, or
- Store credit (voucher)
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
Custom Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

- We do not offer refunds on custom suits after delivery, regardless of the reason.
- SkyZoots is not responsible for alterations required due to customer-provided measurement errors or incorrect information submitted at the time of order.
